Monday will feature a Keynote Address from

Don Sturiano

President, A1 Teletronics

 

 

For over 25 years, Don Sturiano's career has been motivated by his natural ability to motivate others. Sturiano's innate charisma speaks to all ages and spans both the community and corporate arenas, evident in his direction of a karate school with over 200 students, his service as an Associate Pastor, and finally in his tenure as President of A1 Teletronics.

 

Just as his optimistic outlook continues to inspire those he works with, Sturiano is inspired by his "calling" to positively relate to others through his signature hands-on leadership style. It was this inspiration that drove Sturiano to achieve the Florida State Karate Championship, U.S. Full Contact Title, and bronze medal in the World Karate Championships in Berlin while devoting the bulk of his energy to coaching and encouraging his karate students. This inspiration also empowered Sturiano to reach out to the various needs of his congregation in his eight years as a Youth and Young Adult Pastor. When an offer to lead a corporate marketing effort came his way, Sturiano carried his ability to inspire into the business world by accepting the position of Marketing Director for America II Corporation. After five years of coordinating the advertising, public relations efforts, and sales and market analysis for this $300 million family of technology companies, Sturiano was appointed Vice President of Sales for America II's telecommunications distributor, A1 Teletronics. By the close of 1999, Sturiano moved into the position of General Manager for A1, and was promoted to President just 10 months later. Today, he leads a staff of   telecom, technical, and customer care specialists with the same passion and motivation that have fueled him and others for over 25 years.

Joseph Quigley

Founder and President of Teleresource Consulting Group

 

 

Wednesday's keynote speaker is Joe Quigley, who will give us a perspective on the Seven Biggest Mistakes we make.

Joe started as an AT&T  Central Office Carrier and Video technician in the mid 60’s. He then became one of the first 18 people in the US to sell privately owned interconnected telephone equipment for ITT and was the first person to break the Million dollar barrier in annual sales. After some international Telex work for Siemens, he started and ran KPMG Peat Marwick’s Telecomm Consulting Division for 18 years. Since 1999 he is the founder and President of Teleresource Consulting Group. His client base includes 10 of the 50 States, numerous Law firms and Universities. He is also a registered Professional baseball umpire and enjoys wood carving.
