Station Administration

Description:

This course is designed for individuals who use Nortel Communication Server 1000 Telephony Manager (TM) Web Stations to perform station moves, adds, and changes on a fully installed system.

Objectives:  Upon successful completion of this course, you will be able to:

* · Perform site and system administration

* · Perform station moves, adds, and changes

* · Synchronize the TM Web Station Database with the PBX Database

CallPilot Administration

Description:

Calling all CallPilot Administrators and others interested in how the CallPilot Voice Mail system works!

Finally a seminar just for those who are responsible for setting up the CallPilot database and performing day-to-day system administration!

Learn how CallPilot interfaces with both the Meridian 1 and CS1000 systems.

Become familiar with the web based CallPilot Manager and the menus it accesses.

Then find out what an administrator does to configure CallPilot according to the customer's needs including initial set-up and password links.

Once the basic server is configured, learn how to start adding users and setting up predefined searches. Link to a Live Lab at the Global Knowledge Training Center!
